Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and supported wallets.
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through Razorpay. Swasvedha does not store your card or UPI details.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and usually delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Some products come with a free item. The free product is automatically added to your cart and cannot be purchased separately.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping from the My Orders section. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay and usually credited back to your account within 5–7 working days.
Yes. Swas Vedha Care is a GMP-certified organization, and all products are licensed and approved by the Ayurvedic Drug Department.
Some products may require a prescription. This is clearly mentioned on the product page if applicable.
